The 2011 COOKING CLUB ACROSS AMERICA – COOKING SERIES classes have come to an end and it was a hugely successful year! Chef Mary Evans made the kitchen an exciting place to be for members and their guests. Emails and phone calls from happy members about this year’s series ‘Italian Trattoria Menu’ showed just how well the classes were received.
Ten classes were held in Minnesota, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, Texas, Colorado, Arizona and California. Excited and engaged members from across the country came out for a fun class of learning new techniques, cooking delicious recipes and bonding with new friends.
