Eshadia Rogers
Eshadia dreams of the Caribbean—but not for the sun and sea. She likes the spices, and others do, too. Eshadia took a poll in her diverse military town and found that many people there enjoy Caribbean cuisine. “I took a little of what everyone said they’d like to see in a restaurant,” she says. Now she’s working on opening her own Caribbean-American restaurant in the area.
