Hello from Vermont. I used to tell people that I couldn't cook, then I realized I really can cook pretty well but I didn't like to very much because I didn't have the proper tools. I'm slowly accumulating the things I need. I don't bake much though. I'm also gluten intolerant which puts a whole different spin on meal planning. Tammy in VT

Hi Tammy: Welcome to the club and forums. You're in the right place. We're a great group of folks that love to cook share recipies and have fun. We are also very supportive of each other. Like Mike said there are some gluten free recipies here as well as some suggestions where to buy good gluten free products. My partner's father is gluten intolerant as well. When he was here for a visit a few months ago, we got lots of help from folks here as to where to get gluten free products. So all you have to do is ask and someone will be able to help you. Jerry

Tammy, I am in NY, but have an extensive knowledge of gluten free products and cooking ideas. I worked in a grocery store/health food dept. for 8 years and gained a lot of knowledge and experience. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have! ~Jen

Hi I am from VT. I love to cook and try new recipes. I also love creating new recipes. My husband is my guinnea pig, and he hasn't complained very much. I ask him to give me feedback on it so I can make it better each time.
