Grand Marnier is a preferred liqueur of mine, so when you published this recipe, I had to make it immediately. I LOVED THEM. They’re very simple yet elegant. I add grated orange peel to the glaze. It kicks up the orange taste and if you opt to skip the chocolate, it adds a little substance to the glaze to let it stand alone.” —Erika Wienke | | | | | “Hoisin-Glazed Chicken Breasts are the best-tasting chicken breasts I’ve ever eaten. The recipe was easy to prepare and quick. I have picky chicken eaters, and they all loved the flavor and juiciness of the chicken.” —Aurora England | | | | | “One of my all-time favorites is Caramelized Onion Mashed Potatoes. Paramount were the taste and visual appeal. I enjoyed the process of caramelizing the onions. While it took time, the ability to make ahead and either refrigerate or freeze the onions definitely made up for the time factor and allowed for very easy and quick preparation the day of entertaining.” —Cindy Piester | | | | | “Beef-Hominy Casserole. This recipe is delicious, quick and easy. It’s good to have another use for hominy besides in pozole. I’ve made this dish for my family several times.” —Sonia Martinez | | | | | “Sautéed Chicken Breasts with Artichokes and Olives is the best recipe ever! I can make it in less than 30 minutes, and my Italian husband raves about it. I can make it with chicken thighs or breasts, whatever is available, and the rest of the ingredients are usually on hand. It’s so full of flavor, it’s amazing it’s so easy to make!” —Dawn Shipley | | | | | “I just love the hearty Two-Bean Soup with Lentils! Since joining Weight Watchers, I look for recipes that are made with ingredients that comply with my plan; this one fits the bill exactly! I sometimes change the beans or the greens, and each time my family and I find it satisfying. No one thinks they’re eating healthy, they just know they’re eating well!” —Karen Fohey | | | | | “I really enjoy making breads and am always willing to try new recipes. Ciabatta gives me an old world-style bread that’s easy to make. I don’t think I’ve ever made it and had it not turn out. It’s chewy on the outside and tender on the inside.” —Beth Hamburger |
