No-Spin Kebabs

Meat and vegetables sometimes go for a maddening spin when you're turning kebabs on the grill. To solve the problem, try this tip from chef and cooking teacher Eberhard Werthmann.

When it's time to turn a skewer, slip grilling tongs around it so that the tongs cradle the food; then turn it over. The long arms of the tongs keep the food stable.
