Compare the cost of four bargain beef cuts

In the February/March 2009 issue in "Cook's Notebook" (pg. 11), we profiled several bargain beef cuts. To help us research this article, we polled our Member Advisory Panel in early December 2008 to find out the costs of four cuts of beef at grocery stores across the US.
