How do I get my magazine I have pay for everything and I would love to get the magazine so I can learn more thing to cook and
learn some new thing to cook and to make for my family. I have not receive any magazine at all.

I finally got my magazine a couple of days ago, but no grater. I signed up for life membership and got my cookbook the same day which had a kitchen knife in it too. I'm pretty disappointed in the knife, its cheaply made from china, doesnt cut straight and the tip was made wrong or something because it has a piece on the tip of the knife that gets caught up while slicing :( most likely will go into the camping box, but only because it comes with a travel cover on it to keep it from cutting up other stuff in the camp box.

Wow I thought I was the only one with this problem, I too have paid for my membership and have received nothing, no magazine, or the free items either.

I have the same issues, paid and received nothing.

I also paid and have received no magazine. However; I did receive my grater and the invitation for lifetime membership. I also mailed off my little card requesting my $100 grocery card and have not received that. I have been a member since August.

I received my club card and magazine but no grater or anything else. I did receive a bill for what I have already paid. I hope this all gets straightened out soon for EVERYONE!

I have been a member for years and received several item for product testing...... then I became a life member 3 yrs ago and since then I have received nothing to test. I have been assured I am on the list... but I went from 2 to 3 items a year to nothing for several years. Was it a scam to get me to become a life member?

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO CERDIT MY ACCOUNT AFTER I SEND MY MENBERSHIP PAYMENT?????

I emailed customer service and the reply was that the items (free) are currently on backorder and the magazine takes 7 - 21 business days. Good Luck to everyone who is waiting hopefully they will come soon.

I just started with a free issue of the magazine, these posts make me uneasy - maybe I need to find another cooking magazine? Will give them a try but will be very aware of fore mentioned problems.

I signed up because I'm a man, (54), in the Oil and Gas Exploration business in Oklahoma and have been associated with the food business all my life, as my parents had several cafe's and more. My brother and I opened the Sonic Drive inns in Coppel and Valley Ranch Texas, as Owner-Operators, and I like to cook!
I'm busy and it is hard to make time to do the whole cooking thing - but I do it at least 2 times a week.
I will watch and play along for a little time, if it's OK, I will stay.

I'm starting to get kinda scared too. I did get a magazine once, but that was the August/September issue 2010.The one magazine I got was really good. I tried several recipes from it, but I haven't gotten a magazine ever since.

I have paid for 1yr I think I will hold off on the life time. Thanks for the heads up.

All righty! You have changed my mind about this club - I have always been nervouse about "clubs"! I should have just went with my gut! Luckily I have not paid anything - nor will I! I can get all my information free just by doing a quick search on line. Thanks!

I signed up for free 30 days. This is the 19th and I have no magazine. I got a bunch of "spam" that I think came from here. I have no idea which emails are legitimate. I opened this one and it looks ok. It had me log in. I got my membership card and bill in the mail. I was going to cancel by mail or online if I don't get a magazine soon. Let me know what is the hold up.

I paid my dues for Lifetime membership. I received the long awaited set of "stainless steel" pans but to my BIG DISSAPPOINTMENT the pans were in really bad conditions. All the pans were rusted and had like tiny rusted holes on all of them and above all it is of very bad quality and not like to see them on the picture!!! I called custumer care to report of the bad quality of the items and was asked to return the items that they would send me a return label and it would reach me in 4-6 weeks. I finally received the return label after 10 weeks!!!! To by big dissappointment (again), when I went to the post office to ship the box, to my utter surprise, I was told that the label was for book return only and not for box return!!!I called customer care again and they apologized for the mistake and said they would send new return label to me and I am still awaiting the labels. It's been 6 weeks now. Very dissappointing...............:((

I have been a member since November 2003, became a lifetime member shortly after joining the club so I have been around for awhile. I am reading all of the comments about how bad the customer scvs is and when you mention not receiving the "perks" for becoming a lifetime member I understand your pain. I suppose I hang in there hoping it will get better some day. Every week I completed the tester survey only to not ever have anything sent my way to test and keep like the cool knives and cookware you see everyone else gets in the magazine. So imagine my utter surprise when I did receive an email to test an on-line cooking program last week! As it turns out this was a pretty good program, easy to follow and I even learned a few things like how to cook a good risotto! Having said all of that, my advice is simple, do it and forget it, enjoy the books when they come, pop on the website and pick up some tips and tricks but do not stress out about it. I see nothing has changed in the last 8 years which is almost a surprise, but really it's not.

I too have been so disappointed with this membership. When I signed up I was told that I would get $100.00 worth of coupons and I still to this day have never received them. Today, I got a postcard to entice me to accept a Valentines Day gift. The draw back was a $6.99 shipping fee!! for all that I have given for this membership they should be grateful they have us!!

Btw, do you know if once you pay for the membership do you have to pay anymore??

As of this writing once I became a lifetime member there were no more fees assessed.

Wow! After reading these posts, I am not going to renew my membership. I am so glad I did not do the life time thing!

Well, all I can say is WELCOME TO THE CLUB. I received my initial info but now magazine or the items for joining. I mailed my payment in but going to check with the bank and if it hasn't cleared I think I'll put a stop pay on it.
