Chipotle pepper sauce enlivens dishes with its smoky, smooth taste and just a bit of heat. Use it instead of regular hot pepper sauce in marinades, grilled foods, side dishes and more, including these zesty recipes.

Smoky Bloody Mary

Combine 24 oz. tomato juice, 8 oz. vodka, 1/4 cup chipotle pepper sauce, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt in pitcher. Pour into ice-filled glasses; garnish with celery sticks or olives.

6 servings

Chipotle-Butter Popcorn

Combine 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 teaspoon chipotle pepper sauce in small bowl, adding additional pepper sauce if desired for more heat. Toss with 8 cups cooked popcorn (about 1 cooked microwave bag); sprinkle with salt.

Chipotle Chicken Salad

Combine 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup chipotle pepper sauce in medium bowl. Stir in 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken and 1/4 cup chopped green onions. Serve on baguette slices or on a bed of lettuce leaves.

4 1/2 cups
