I have yet to recieve my magazine for this month as well. I hope to recieve one shortly. I am looking forward to preparing some of the dishes I am interested in.

Wow. What happened to this month's issue? So many of us have not received our issue. I haven't received mine, either. I was surprised to read all of these comments after looking at the list of recipes. Hopefully we will all receive our copies.

I haven't received my issue for this month either. That is kinda crazy that a bunch of us haven't received it. Hope it comes soon I can't wait to get it though.

Everyone i haven't recived my Magazine either yet so i called them they said they were not aware of anyone not getting their magazines they told me if i didn't get mine by the 16th to call them back i did and their sending me mine just below this is Contact the Club click on that and call or email them let them know what is going on so they will know !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got my issue yesterday and look forward to trying the Mini Lemon-Berry Cheesecake Shooters, Sirloin Steak with Melting Chipotle Sauce and Strawberry Margarita Salad. They all sound delicious!

in the new issue of the magazine they had an article on catfish,and ways to cook it. i am single and live alone and i take a package of Goodseasons italitan seasoning/dressing mix and sprinkle it over the catfish steakes with bones in it and cook it on my Geroge Forman grill for about 5-7 minutes till its done and browned on both sides. it is really good and healthier than frying. i really love and others have tried it and liked it too.

I don't have any plains because I never receive my copy....I would like....

I received my magazine yesterday and after browsing through it there are a few recipes I'd like to try but I think that the Garlic Cheese Stuffed Burgers are first on my list

I am just looking at my April/May catalog and realized I too have not received my new book and I DID PAY FOR THEM ALREADY, whats up with that

I received my SUMMER 2011 Cooking Club magazine and it is packed with great recipes. I already tried the Zucchini-Tomato Pasta with Fresh Herbs....It turned out excellent. Can't wait to try something else.

I made the melting chipotle butter omg this is great. My husband has put it on everything. I made crepes the other day and he put the butter on them. He has used for mashed potatoes, put it on his veggys. ithink everyone needs to try this butter

I've had the opportunity to make the blueberry-lime buckle, garlic-cheese stuffed burgers, and melon/prosciutto salad. All were quite rewarding. The blueberry-lime buckle went well as a coffee cake with brunch, the stuffed burgers for a dinner were simply awesome with the use of Boursin and its topping, and the melon/prosciutto/arugala salad was creative. Looking forward to making many more recipes in the magazine. The only thing it lacks, compared to other Cooking Club magazines, are the more involved recipes that I especially value in many of the winter/fall/spring issues.

I can't wait to try these two recipes. this is the weekend that I will be making them

One of my granddaughter's and I made the cheesecake Friday and it turned out beautifully! And, it was delicious. It took time to make it but it was easy to do and so worth the time.

Sorry, about all of tyou who didn't receive the SUMMER 2011 issue...I am loving it. Tried the Eggplant Parmesan...it was WONDERFUL!!! I liked that it was a slimmed down version...my family loved it, it was relatively easy to make and much less mess than the traditional and even though it was trimmed down it tasted delicious. I can't wait to try some of the other recipes!!!

I am going for the eggplant parm.Ilove it so now I have to try making it with the cottage cheese.

I havent received this issue either. There are a lot of recipes that look like they would be good and I would love to try. Please send the summer bbq issue soon... please!!!

I just recently got my summer 2011 issue and am excited about trying some of the recipes. I especially want to try the Creamy New Potato Salad with smoked paprika and the Garlic Cheese Stuffed burgers. They look really good in the magazine. Also looking forward to being a tester I hope.

I have never recieved any issues, any cookbooks, and 'give-aways'...only bills! What a sham! I'm tired of this and get no response when I contact customer service. I'm over this!

For my neices birthday cookout i prepared the St. Louis pork steak sliders, the mini lemon berry cheesecake shooters, the frozen peanut butter cups for the kids, and the strawberry margarita salad it was a hit.

I have been a member since 2008 and a life member! to this date I have not received any test products, I signed up three times in the past year still nothing! I have not even received the cooking magazine in several months. The life membership cost me over $300.00 and for what? The only thing I ever get from you is junk mail to become a life member when I am already a paid life member. I am also a paid life member of the Garden Club and have the same problem there. To say I am VERY disappointed would be a HUGE understatement! I feel you ripped me off and should return the money I paid you for both clubs, You do not provide the service I paid for.

I agree with djf13069, the only thing you get from the club is bills wanting you to buy something or join something else. Once your money is is their hands you are history. I am going to share this on Face Book so no one else will fall for their lies. I would like to have what I paid for though.

I have been amember since 2007 have not recieved anything yet either. I am a premier member. Don"t go that route. they get your money and you never hear from them again unless about once a year i get post card wanting me to spend more money. Have signed up 3 or 4 times for food now newsletter can't even get that. When they start out they are sending you stuff every week UNTIL they get your money then they drop you like a hot potato. You have a hard time just getting the magazine

When is the next mag coming? last one was in June.

The Frozen peanut butter cups are great. I have made them several times. big hit in my home.

I made the cinnamon peach cake it was good but the hubby said the sugar just poured n top made it a little generic. Next time I will add the cinnamon, ginger, and sugar with some flour and margarine to make a crumbly type topping.

I am really looking forward to more issues and seeing what is isn store for October-November-December.
