Mix-and-Match Muffins

When you want to have everyone’s favorite muffin on hand, try this make-ahead tip:
Prepare various muffin batters, then spoon them into muffin liners placed in muffin pans and freeze the batter. Once the muffins are frozen, place them in freezer bags.
When you want to serve muffins, you can make one or more flavors at the same time. To bake, place the frozen muffins in muffin pans and bake at the regular oven temperature for 5 to 10 minutes longer than the normal baking time.
