Cheesecake Changes
Gingerbreadhouse is looking for help with a cheesecake recipe. “A friend of mine says it’s huge and would like to cut it down so it’s like the size of small ramekins. She also asked it she should put all of them in the same water bath (which I think she should) and how the cooking time would change.” Do you have any advice?
