Cheesecake ChangesGingerbreadhouse is looking for help with a cheesecake recipe. “A friend of mine says it’s huge and would like to cut it down so it’s like the size of small ramekins. She also asked it she should put all of them in the same water bath (which I think she should) and how the cooking time would change.” Do you have any advice?

I made my first slow cooker recipe yesterday and learned a few lessons. Here they are in no particular order. Carrots fly. Put away clean dishes before doing carrots. Give yourself plenty of time for chopping. I know there were more, but that’s all I can remember right now.
