This beautiful salsa is a snap to make, coming together in minutes.

1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained, rinsed
1 (7-oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 red bell pepper, diced
4 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice and grated peel of 1 small lime
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in salt and pepper.
