4 cups mixed salted nuts
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Heat grill. Toss all ingredients in disposable foil pan. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat or coals 10 to 12 minutes or until toasted, stirring occasionally.
