This dip packs a bit of heat, thanks to the chipotle chiles. You can make it even spicier by choosing a medium- to hot-flavored salsa.

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 oz. shredded hot pepper Jack cheese
1 tablespoon minced chipotle chiles in adobo sauce*
1/4 cup purchased salsa
Tortilla chips

Microwave sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and chiles in medium microwave-safe bowl 1 to 1 /2 minutes or until warm and smooth, stirring after 20 seconds. Top with salsa; serve with chips.

TIP *Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce can be found in the Hispanic section of the supermarket. Remove veins and seeds for less heat. Refrigerate remaining chiles for about 1 week.
