Turkey burgers are anything but bland here: Basil and onion are mixed into the meat, and a garlicky mayonnaise tops the patties. Serve with frozen sweet potato fries.

8 oz. ground turkey (93% lean)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, divided
2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 reduced-fat whole wheat hamburger buns, lightly toasted
2 leaves red leaf lettuce
2 large slices tomato

1. Gently combine turkey, 1 1/2 tablespoons of the basil, onion, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Shape into 2 (4-inch) patties.

2. Heat medium nonstick grill pan or skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook patties 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink in center, turning once.

3. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons basil and garlic in small bowl. Serve burgers in buns; top with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato.
