“We live in south Florida, and one of my sisters has four mango trees in her yard,” says member Mame Capone. “Every year, my three sisters and I try to come up with new recipes using the large crop the trees produce. We’ve tried everything from drinks and salsas to desserts and salads. I’ve created other dressing recipes using mangoes, but this one has been the tastiest so far.” After passing around the recipe at work and getting very positive reviews, Mame decided to send it to us.
