Bev ... please give it a couple weeks yet. The new mag just came out. As the other things it takes about 6 weeks.

Haven't received my latest issue, and come to think of it, don't know if I received the last one since I've been so preoccupied with other things.  What was on the cover of the previous issue?

It's Bill's picture on the cover. Well, it looks a lot like Bill ... it's a picture of a turkey.

Mine is always late. Maybe it has to clear customs before I get it? Lynda

Well got mine today, and I would have swore that is Mikieee on the cover, Bill has more hair. Haven't had time to check it out yet, but will do it now since the "Cover Boy" has a recipe in it.

Well I checked Mikieee's recipe out before I went to bed last night, it sounds good.  However the Picture on the cover does him more justice than that little insert on inside does.

I got mine today. And be it Mike or Bill, that bacon-basted turkey looks and sounds delicious to me. It has bacon in/on it. YUMMY...

I pulled out the new ECCI pans and make the bacon wrapped stuffed pork tendeloin with a side of baked acorn squash for supper tonight.

My magazine cleared customs and I had a quick look at it last night. Recipe looks good Mike! Might just have it following your suggestion above with the squash. Have a couple left from the garden. Sounds good to me. Lynda

Way to go, Mike! Was surprised -- not really! ALL those recipes sound great. Wanted so badly to fix all those Italian recipes (before our "gang" comes in November) BUT living in a small, rural area - couldn't get the ingredients. Think I can talk my hubby into taking a road trip to the big city (about 150 miles) to get the cheeses, herbs??? Pat

How often do you receive a new magazine?  I feel like it has been a really long time since my last issue!

The mag is published every two months. They just sent out the Oct/Nov issue. Thats why a bunch of us hang out here. It's a good fix between mags.

Just received my newest issue and it does look like it's a winner.  Lots of new and interesting recipes to try.  Now if I could only get the last issue (Aug-Sept).  For some reason, I never received it but am told another is on the way to me...just be patient.  I am usually very pleased with the magazines and am happy I joined.

I made the Mushroom Barley Soup from the Oct/Nov issue last week for supper and with a tiny bit of added sea salt, (son's suggestion) it was delicious. Can't wait to try some more recipes. This is my first issue since joining but I have picked up a few back issues at yard sales. Great recipes. Don't know why I waited so long to join.
