Favorite cuisine: American BBQ. "It’s so versatile and can be changed so easily by one or two ingredients. It’s just fun to keep changing it to see how new ideas turn out.”

 

Last word: “Cooking is my number one passion. I love to cook, whether in the kitchen, on the grill, in the smoker or over a campfire. I don’t like to bake--I don’t like to cook things that have to be precise, such as candies, sauces, etc.”

I must say we do seem to have "The Right Stuff." And I guess that is why we are having a "Blast."
