"The taste produced by this smoker is amazing. Its performance was good, and it’s easy to use. Cleanup was excellent. I had dreaded the cleanup, but the grills and everything inside cleaned up great."

David Elgarico, Mission, TX

"Food prepared in this smoker tastes great. The smoke flavor is just right—not too much or too little. Overall, it’s a nice smoker that produces excellent flavors."

Ellie Elsen, Dodge City, KS

"This is a great product. It was easy to use and clean up. I cooked our full supper for seven in it."

"I recommend this product to all who love to use grills/smokers. It was a great way to cook a great meal."

Joan McMahan, Bedford, NH

"What a treat to be able to prepare an entire meal without having to leave the kitchen to constantly check on the items in the smoker. The temperature control means that the meat is done at the same time as the sides cooked in the kitchen. There are no more cold side dishes because the meat is still not done."

Jacqulyne Saar, Pulaski, TN

"I highly recommend this smoker. It’s easy to set up. There’s almost nothing to do as far as the cooking. I smoked a 14-pound turkey. After preparing it to cook, I just put it in the smoker. Other than checking just once on the wood chips, there was nothing to do except watch it cook. The turkey came out super-delicious and very juicy, with no extra heavy smoky taste. My family has voted that this is the only way to cook a turkey."

Dawn Staloch-Grunzke, Chatham, IL
Member

"If you like smoking food, this is a great product. The food that comes out is great. The setup was easy, and it cleans up really nice. I like the large window so you can see the food items, and the light so you don’t have to open the door unless you cannot resist the food and have to try some when it’s almost done cooking."

this is an item the would save me a lot of headaches, from my other half, the meat usually is over done due to the fact that I have to run back and forth from kitchen to back yard, with this I wouldn't need the help, I don't have, and I'd be able to enjoy smoked, grilled meat that I love, and would not have to listen to the whining anymore.

I would love to smoke my own meats rather than pay to have someone smoke it for me. I have a wonderful charcoal grill but it doesn't have a smoker attachment. I had one of the cheaper smokers that I picked up at a yard sale, and it did a good job, but didn't hold up very well. Would have loved to have been a lifetime member sooner, and had the opportunity to test this one.

I cook for American Red Cross, so if I don't get to test one, I will get stuck buying on, being they are a non-profit and my other half is the CEO, no way will he allow the chapter to buy one, esppecially went I want one for both home and catering for them, when I do all the cooking in my home anyway.

I have an old charcoal Brinkman sitting in my outdoor storage area. We used to do a lot of poultry, roasts & fish. Our very favorite was rock Cornish hens stuffed with a wild rice stuffing. It was to die for. I always used herbs and wine or beer and just the scent alone made your mouth water. Now with severe R.A. I no longer can handle working with charcoal. I've tried to duplicate the flavor in my Weber gas grill but It just doesn't taste as good. I would really love to try this one.

Would love to test this smoker for my husband. We have a manual smoker, but hubby has to sit with it to maintain temperature. He smokes meat a lot even though it is very hard on him and his lungs. He would be using this all the time!

I have an older version of a Masterbuilt smoker stainless smoker and will never cook a turkey any other way since trying it in our smoker!!!

Ours does not have the digital features, but I have to agree with the testers above, it cleans up very well...a little stainless cleaner and a paper towel...as for the racks and drip pan, we put them in our dishwasher and they look like new when the cycle is finished!

I'm curious as to the temp. accuracy of the digital features and if there is an alarm to notify you when it has reached the correct temperature. More info. please....heck, if I had the digital one I'd let you know how well the darn thing is calibrated, ha ha!

I would love to test this out. I love smoked meat and other foods. I have purchased two smokers and I am not pleased with the results or the work involved with the clean-up. Please consider me on the next test time. I do a lot of cooking outdoors all year round as it it cheaper to cook with and the house don't have lingering cooking odors. Thanks!

Wow, this would be so much fun to use since I cook for about 30 people Thanksgiving. I would smoak a juicy old Turkey, and not worry about deep frying one that could spill or pop the grease and burn my Grandbabies. This is really nice. Thanks for the information on this product. Would love to give it a try, and would enjoy my Thanksgiving alot more without the worries.

After owning a Masterbuilt Automatic Turkey Fryer for years, my Dad had to buy the smoker. He has probably smoked about everything in it, by now. In fact, my Mom remarked that as good as it is,and as much as she loves smoked food, she's really getting tired of it and would like to try something different now.

I would love to test this steamer. My husband love to grill out. o most everything we eat he grills. He's been wanting a steamer. ever since his grandpa had showed us his and cooked supper for us using his but we can't afford one. I don't work and let's face it active duty soldiers don't get payed that much. That we an afford to buy one. So we will have to save up for one. So we are hoping I get to test one of these smokers.

The Masterbuilt looks like its very well made. It looks like it would hold up a long time. I love the large window ao you can look in and watch without opening up the door and the huge capacity. To be very cost effective to make a large amount and save and store for later. Something I would love to get!
