Use Vanilla Bean Paste from Singing Dog Vanilla for the authentic flavor of real vanilla beans without the cost. One tablespoon is the equivalent of the flavor of one bean, and it doesn’t dry out like beans can. Gluten-free and made with all-natural pure cane sugar, the paste can be used in ice creams, custards, cakes, icings and more.

"It has many more uses than liquid vanilla and doesn’t have any bitter or alcohol taste. It blends easily into recipes and can even be used as a topping over ice cream or in yogurt to give it a vanilla flavor."

"I loved using this product. The taste was divine. What most impressed me was its many uses. I used the product not only for baking and as a supplement for desserts like ice cream, pies, etc., but I used it in my coffee, tea and Kool-Aid mixes."

"This product is easy to use and doesn’t have an overpowering flavor. It adds a great flavor to just about anything. It also helps mellow the strong flavor of the other foods to help balance the flavor."

"I made cookies with the vanilla bean paste, and you could really taste the difference. It’s just like when I was a little girl and grandma made cookies; you could taste the vanilla. I highly recommend this product to anyone who bakes."

"The vanilla bean paste was very easy to use, and the flavor was perfect in the cake that I made. It wasn’t overwhelming but just enough to make it delicious. I used it to replace vanilla extract in my recipe. Adding it to my coffee was a real treat. It has no artificial flavor—just the real thing. We love it."

"This product is perfect for making ice creams and desserts. It makes ordinary desserts look like they were professionally made."

"The flavor was wonderful when mixed into mascarpone cheese and Cool Whip to use in a wonderful dessert. Don't make the mistake that we did and lick it off your spoon because it’s extremely strong and must be mixed with another item."

Kim Strong, Longmont, CO

"When I used the vanilla bean paste in a recipe for a white cake, the batter tasted like a vanilla-flavored malt. It seemed to have a little extra flavor when I used it instead of vanilla extract."

I have never used vanilla bean paste before. The comments make me find this a very intriguing product and I want to try this in my baking. I have not been very satisfied with the vanilla extracts of late...this might remedy my problem! :)

I love making deserts with vanilla pudding and custard, and hate
using mixes. The beans are so expensive and dry out so quickly that I am so happy to have heard about this paste and can't wait till I an try it.
