2 to 3 slices deveined seeded Fresno chile or red jalapeño chile
2 slices lime
Bitters
2 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
Cola
Lime peel
Fresno chile strips, seeded, deveined and cut decoratively

Put chile slices in a wide glass; pulverize. Add lime slices; muddle. Add 1 or 2 dashes bitters and rum. Swirl contents to mix; pour into ice-filled Collins glass. Top with cola. Garnish with lime peel and chile.
