1 oz. gin
1/2 oz. pineapple rum
1/2 oz. Soho Lychee Liqueur, or syrup from canned lychees*
Pink guava fruit juice blend
Sparkling wine, such as Cava
Orange peel
Canned lychee
Maraschino cherry

Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add gin, pineapple rum and lychee liqueur. Add 1 ice cube. Top off drink with equal amounts guava juice and sparkling wine. Garnish with orange peel, lychee and cherry.

TIP *Canned lychees can be found in the Asian section of the grocery store or in Asian markets.
